Piedmont or Piemonte is a legendary wine region in northern Italy. Some of the greatest and most ageworthy wines in Italy come from Piedmont–and some of its greatest cuisine as well.

We'll be tasting six awesome, classic wines from Piedmont, including Barolo and Barbaresco, the famous Nebbiolo-based wines of northern Italy. We'll talk about history, cuisine and winemaking styles, and you'll be able to shop for the wine we enjoyed after the tasting.

Leah from NOOD Pasta will be there and will join the presentation to talk about her pasta and make two samplings of fresh pasta to try alongside some of the wines in the tasting.
